The iPad has landed.

The Samsung NP-Q1EX ultra mobile PC (UMPC) drops the QWERTY keyboard of its predecessor the Q1 Ultra and has a seven-inch touchscreen, VIA's 1.2DGHz Nano ULV processor and Chrome9 HC graphics, 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 RAM, and an integrated SiRF Star GPS receiver.

The exceptionally compact UMPC has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a three-in-one memory card slot, and a 1.3-megapixel-rear camera. The computer is also expected to have a 60GB hard drive for storing all your data and a 4-cell, 4,000mAh lithium ion battery that is expected to last close to four and a half hours on a single charge for when you're on-the-go.

The NP-Q1EX showed up in an FCC filing at the beginning of March 2009, no official word yet on a release date however several sites have the device listed with a price tag around $775.
