Google Nexus One and HTC Supersonic 4G smartphone heading to Sprint

Created by Panasonic as a tablet PC for medical clinics and healthcare workflow, the Toughbook CF-H1 uses a 10.4 inch touchscreen and a low-power 1.86Ghz Intel Atom Processor that allows for six hours of battery life at 1GB of RAM.  The tablet PC has been designed with military standards in mind, featuring an alloy structure that can survive a short drop and resistance against dust, spills, vibrations, and other possible accidents. For hard drive space, the Toughbook can hold 80GB of data, with enough room for several other included functions such as a GPS receiver, Wi-Fi (a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth capabilities, and a 2-megapixel camera. While the CF-H1's main interface is the tablet-and-stylus screen, users can also input information via a barcode reader, a RFID tag scanner, and a smartcard receiver, all to help medical personnel access data more easily. Available in January 2009, the Toughbook CF-H1 will have a starting price of $2999.
