The MSI Wind U150 will be fully revealed at CES 2010, but we already know a couple critical details. Most notable is the inclusion of Intel's new Pine Trail chipset, which combines the CPU and the GPU on one chip, offering both improved graphics performance and lower power consumption compared to previous Intel Atom processors.
The U150 is also a touchscreen netbook, although the touchscreen is resistive not capacitive, and it's not multi-touch. The laptop will ship with the new Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, but because of the limitations of its touch technology it won't support some of the fancy new Windows 7 touch apps.
Pricing and availability are unavailable at this time, but check back when the CES news starts buzzing.
