The MSI GT725 is a gaming notebook with a 17-inch widescreen LCD screen, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor at 2.4 or 2.53 GHz, and an ATI Radeon HD4850 graphics chipset with 512 MB of DDR3 VRAM. The 7.1-pound notebook has HDMI video and audio output, five speakers, and a subwoofer. Its "ECO Engine" power management feature allows one-touch switching between five power modes: Gaming, Movie, Presentation, Office, and Turbo Battery. Included network interfaces include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, and gigabit Ethernet. An eSATA port and a 4-in-1 card reader provide support for removable storage, along with a DVD burner or Blu-ray drive. The GT725 also features a full numeric keypad to the right of the main keyboard and a two-megapixel webcam above its screen.
