MSI's CX700 is an affordable, lightweight notebook designed for those looking to buy an entry-level laptop featuring a 17.3-inch LCD display. For media capabilities, the screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio for watching movies and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 graphics cards with 512 MB of VRAM. The CX700 also has a built-in Super Multi DVD drive with CD burning capabilities, a 4-in1 card reader with support for SD, MMC, MS, and MS XD memory cards, and an integrated 1.3-megapixel webcam with a microphone for online conversations. You can switch the notebook to several different power modes with separate settings, including a gaming mode, a movie mode, a presentation mode, and an office mode. There is no word yet on prices or availability, but the CX700 will be available along with the smaller CX600 and CR400.
