Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Product Details

Fujitsu's M2010 is a standard netbook for the education market. Yep, it has those all-too-familiar netbook specs: a 1.6 GHz Atom processor, one gigabyte of RAM, and a 160 GB hard drive, all running in Windows XP. The screen measures at 10.1 inches, and it's LED backlit, so that's a plus.

You'll also get an integrated webcam with this machine (not unheard of in netbooks, but not standard either) and Bluetooth wireless in addition to the traditional Wi-Fi connection. The M2010 is available now for $449, although you have to ask yourself why you should buy this machine instead of one of the 500 other nearly identical netbooks out there at virtually the same pricepoint.
