Replacing the Lifebook U810, the U820 is a Fujitsu mini-tablet computer containing Intel's 1.6GHz Atom processor and 1GB of RAM. As with the older model, the U820 features a 5.6-inch display that is now a touchscreen with stylus included, and has several new features including a built-in GPS device and fingerprint identification device for better security. The U820 also has both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity options, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a standard 60GB hard drive. Users can choose to upgrade to a Windows Vista system with a larger hard drive for $1299, but prices for the standard version start at $999.
