Fujitsu's LifeBook N7010 model is a desktop-replacement laptop featuring an innovative secondary display. Between the main LCD screen in a true 16:9 aspect ratio and the LifeBook's keyboard, Fujitsu has installed a mini-touchscreen panel. The 4-inch 480 x 272 display shows up to the system as standard secondary monitor, able to be used as a customizable control panel for quick access to main program functions, such as track and playlist controls for music software.

An Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU runs the system at 2.26GHz. The graphics subsystem uses an ATI Radeon HD 3470 chipset with 256MB dedicated memory and features an HDMI connector for use with external displays. For access to high-definition content, Fujitsu includes a Blu-ray reader. An eSATA port provides expansion options, and a 1.3-megapixel webcam lets the user teleconference. Wireless options include Bluetooth connectivity and multi-mode WiFi.
