The Dell Vostro 1220 hasn't even been announced yet, and nobody knows when it will be available or how much it will cost, but images and specs were leaked to Engadget regardless.
This entry to the affordable performance line of laptops from Dell's business store is a 12-inch model, apparently available in multiple colors, since the leaked photos show a red laptop and Dell usually offers multiple colors if black isn't the only option. The 1220 also appears to have a curvier design than past models.
Its specs are nothing to write home about: a 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 320 gigabyte hard drive, plenty of RAM at 4 GB, and both ExpressCard and SD card slots. Take that, 13-inch MacBook Pro.
