Created by Asus as a flagship business notebook, the B80A contains an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and features a 14.1 inch widescreen with a spill proof, back-lit keyboard so users can work in low-light conditions. Among its business-oriented security features, the B80A comes with a built-in fingerprint reader and TPM-level security for restricted file access, while supporting up to 7200rpm speed SATA disk drives with 160, 250, and 320 GB size options.

For media features, users can connect the notebook to a HDMI system, install an optional 1.3 megapixel videocam, and choose from a variety of Windows Vista operating systems from Home Premium to Business. The model also includes Bluetooth capability, a DVD supermulti optical drive, and an Intel Wi-Fi link. Asus has not yet released any information on pricing, availability, or release dates.
