Google Nexus One and HTC Supersonic 4G smartphone heading to Sprint

Western Digital's WD TV HD Media Player is a $130 device designed to play high-definition media content off of USB hard drives. Users can connect up to two hard drives to the Player, a small set-top box with composite video and HDMI outputs - no component connection. The unit then displays an on-screen guide showing thumbnails of available media files, selectable with the included remote. Videos up to 1080p in resolution are supported, along with major music formats.

The Player supports most popular video formats, including MPEG4, H.264, and WMV9 high-definition files. Photo albums can be displayed on a large screen, and the unit supports music playlists for uninterrupted playback. With an optical digital out, the Player can be attached directly to a surround sound system.
