Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The Roku HD media player streams video and audio content from your home computer and the internet. It can even stream Netflix Watch Instantly videos.

It's a small box with a remote (most of the interface is in the software) and component and HDMI out for connecting to your HDTV. The HD streams over 802.11g Wi-Fi, but if you want 802.11n support you'll have to spend $30 extra for the HD-XR. You can also save some dough and buy the Roku SD for $79 if you only want standard definition video.

You can pick this model up today for $99.
