The Denon DBP-2010CI is the high-end model of two Blu-ray players announced by the company in May of 2009. It's a Profile 2.0 player with an Ethernet port for BD-Live functionality and firmware updates. In additional to regular Blu-ray discs, it can also play DivX HD video files and AVCHD discs, which are recorded by some camcorders.
Connectivity includes HDMI, component and composite video, and "analog audio connectors." Dolby Plus, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS HD Master Audio are all supported. These are about what you'd expect from any Blu-ray player, though the lack of any kind of built-in streaming video service is a disappointment.
The DBP-2010CI differs from the less expensive DBP-1610CI model in that it features Anchor Bay Technologies VRS processing and supports RS232C.
