Google Nexus One and HTC Supersonic 4G smartphone heading to Sprint

Sharp's 46-inch DH77 LCD HDTV sits at the top of the company's product line with 100 Hz refresh rate technology, a 50,000:1 contrast ratio and, of course, FullHD 1080p video support. It also has three HDMI ports for connecting to Blu-ray players, game consoles, and the like, and a USB port for accessing media files copied over from your personal computer. It's also available in 32, 42, and 52-inch models.

The DH77's remote includes a "green eco" button that puts the TV in power-saving mode when pressed. It still displays the image and plays the audio, but presumably quality or brightness is reduced to save power; details are still sketchy about this feature at present. The TV also saves power by adjusting its backlight to match room light levels.

It also includes Sharp's Natural Clear Panel technology, but it's sometimes difficult to say whether or not these proprietary image-enhancing technologies really make a difference. Since no pricing or availability has been formally announced yet, expect to be in the dark about it for a little while longer still.
