Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The TomTom ONE is a portable GPS navigation device designed for automobile use. With an icon-based system, navigating the menus with the 3.5" color touch screen provides the user with on-screen directions in addition to the voice directions, available in over 30 languages including some comedy and celebrity voices. The MapShare feature allows users to modify street names and points of interest (POIs). Preloaded with maps for the United States and Canada, the unit comes with a windshield suction mount for easy access. Additionally, the unit has TomTom's emergency screen which gives users police, hospital, and fire numbers and directions to nearest aid. The product has a compass mode for directional orientation in our out of the vehicle and TomTom's software, HOME, giving access to updated maps, additional voices, and community-modified streets and POIs.
