The Mio Navman Spirit personal navigation device is a GPS unit equipped with Bluetooth capabilities and a modular TV tuner that lets you pick up nearby TV broadcasts in Europe. The Spirit PND is available in both 7-inch and 4.7-inch touchscreen versions, and comes with explore modes, lane direction, Google Local search capabilities, 3D junction views, integrated traffic updates, and text-to-speech direction options very similar to the Spirit S500 GPS unit. You can also explore points of interest more closely with the Wcities travel book application, and plan your own routes with the included Mio software. For now, the Spirit PNDs are only available in Europe, but since the TV tuner is modular it may be replaced with one compatible with America. Prices start at $305, about $380 for the larger version.
