Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The Maestro 3100 from Magellan is a portable GPS system designed with automobile use in mind. The pocket-sized product uses a 3.5" color touch-screen along with audible (voice) directions to guide the user along the chosen path. With preloaded maps of the continental United States and 750,000 points of interest (POI), the 3100 is ready to use out of the box. The SmartDetour™ feature gives users alternatives to slow moving freeway traffic. Maps can be viewed either from an aerial perspective or standard road view. The retail package comes with a windshield mount, an adhesive disk for dash mount, a auto power adapter, reference guide (additional info on included CD), and USB cable.
