Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

NAS

NAS, short for Network Attached Storage, is a class of device that contains all the networking and storage hardware necessary to function as a file server without the need of a host computer. NAS devices are gaining more momentum in the consumer market as more households start adding a second or third computer. NAS devices are ideal for home media serving, as they create a central repository that isn't dependent on any other machine to access media, enabling other home devices like game consoles or DLNA compatible TVs to access the media.
