Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Microblogging

Microblogging (or micro-blogging) is a form of weblog writing that is brief and instantaneous. Made popular through social networking sites like Twitter, microbloggers post short snippets of information in the form of links, pictures, and text (sometimes as short as the length of a text message). The use of portable devices, texting, emailing, and instant messaging are common avenues for the microblogger to update through. Other popular microblogs include Yammer, Thumbcast, Sideblog and Jaiku. Popular social networking sites Facebook, Myspace, and LinkedIn all have a microblogging feature built into them.
