Malware
Malware is a combination of the words “malicious” and “software” to designate any software that was created in order to intrude upon, annoy, or otherwise damage a system (usually home computers). Common malwares most users are aware of are computer viruses. Some examples of these include Trojan horses, data miners, worms, and spyware. All of them operate differently, but intrude upon (and sometimes steal) private data from users. Most PCs come with anti-malware software pre-installed.
