iPod dock
iPod docks are desktop devices in which you can rest an iPod or an iPhone. They connect to the iPod or iPhone through its USB port to charge it or to act as a medium between the device and a computer with iTunes for syncing purposes.
Sometimes they have more elaborate features, including speakers through which to play the music or LED or LCD displays that show information about the currently selected song.
