internet tablet

An internet tablet is a small networked device falling physically between an ultra-mobile PC (UMPC) and a smartphone. Like its larger cousin the tablet PC, tablet implies both its form factor and its touchscreen control scheme, as the device is meant to be held in the hand and manipulated by a finger or stylus.

The Nokia N810 is an example of an internet tablet, pictured above.
