Logitech's Premiere Edition Wireless Guitar controller is a Guitar Hero-compatible input device for PlayStation consoles. The wireless controller is built to more closely resemble a real guitar than other models: it features metal accents, solid body construction, and a real wooden fretboard. In addition to the standard Guitar Hero controls, the guitar supports the latest control scheme additions to Guitar Hero World Tour: a touch-sensitive slider and instant Star Power button. Logitech claims to have reduced excess device noise by dampening the strum bar and fret buttons.

The guitar controller wirelessly supports the PlayStation 3 Guitar Hero series, and Guitar Hero World Tour for the PlayStation 2, offering "hundreds of hours" of play time from two AA batteries. The package comes with a carrying bag and the wireless USB receiver. There's no word on plans to support the Xbox 360 or Wii consoles.
