The Logitech Driving Force GT video game controller is designed for use with the Sony PlayStation console with racing games like Grand Turismo 5 Prologue. It’s got a force feedback or “rumble” feature that is comparable to box-style arcade racing games. Rubbing and crashing cause the wheel to shake, and there is considerable resistance while turning corners and during crashes when turning the wheel.
The wheel itself is 11 inches in diameter and allows for 900 degrees of rotation. It’s got the traditional d-pad and PlayStation command buttons on the center of the wheel, and on the right side of the console is the sequential shift stick. Users may also shift using the F1-style paddle shifters mounted on the wheel itself.
