Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Samsung's 2232GW is a 22-inch LCD monitor with widescreen WSXGA+ 1680 x 1050 resolution. The screen uses a dynamic backlight to achieve a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, though the native performance is closer to 1,000:1. With a glossy screen, the 2232GW supposedly smooths out edges, but adds a possibly distracting glare factor. The model features a grey-to-grey pixel refresh time of two milliseconds for low-ghosting motion.

Reviews give the 2232GW excellent ratings, pointing to high image quality, easy adjustments for tweaking levels, and an actually useful viewing mode selection for displaying different types of content. The Samsung's fault when compared to similar models, like Dell's SP2208WFP, is that it lacks many extra features. Though it has VGA and DVI inputs, there's no HDMI connection, nor an integrated USB hub.
