Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Officially announced on August 4, 2009 alongside three other cameras (full press release below), Nikon's Coolpix S1000pj features a 12.1-megapixel resolution, a 25mm wide angle lens with 5x optical zoom, ISO from 64-6400, a 2.7-inch wide angle LCD display, and claims to be the world's first digital camera with a built-in projector capable of projecting images and videos at up to 40 inches from corner to corner.

Although originally announced to arrive in September 2009, the Coolpix S1000pj release date was officially pushed back to October 2009. Strangely, it began shipping from some e-tailers (including Abe's of Maine, and Ritz Camera and Beach Camera via Amazon) on September 21st anyway. It's available in matte black with an MSRP of $429.95.
