The Nikon Coolpix L18 is an 8.0 Megapixel point-and-shoot camera that comes in multiple colors. The NIKKOR glass lens provides 3x optical zoom, and images can be captured at up to ISO 1600. The L18 features a 3.0" LCD, in-camera red-eye correction, and the expected automatic scene shooting modes such as Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night Portrait, Party/Indoor, Beach/Snow, Sunset, Dusk/Dawn, Night Landscape, Close Up, Panorama Assist, Museum, Fireworks Show, Copy, and Back Light. Television-quality movies with sound can be recorded onto an SD/SDHC card. With 32 MB of internal memory and power provided by two AA batteries (included), the camera is the most affordable of Nikon's current crop of cameras.
