Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Canon entered the digital SLR market in August 2003 with the EOS Digital Rebel. The higher-resolution, more-features descendent – the EOS Digital Rebel XSi – arrived in April 2008, the first digital SLR to follow their EOS Rebel XTi. Resolution of 12.2 megapixels is comparatively quite high for standard consumer level cameras, and the camera has an updated CMOS sensor to match. Also new to the series is the availability of the automatic image optimizer in all shooting modes. The system detects ambient lighting conditions to make adjustments to white balance and color brightness. Light sensitivity tops out at ISO 1600, and shutter speed was increased to 3.5 fps for up to 53 consecutive shots. The 3 inch LCD viewfinder supports Live View. Storage changed from Compact Flash to SDHC cards, but the single USB and single component video outputs remained as they were. The camera can connect directly to TVs for display of stored pictures, and to printers.
