On September 1, 2009, Canon officially announced the Canon EOS 7D DSLR camera featuring an 18-megapixel resolution for still pictures, ISO speed settings from 100-6400, and the ability to record 24, 25, or 30 frames per second full 1080p HD video or 50 to 60 frames per second 720p HD video or SD video. Expected to be available by the end of September 2009, the EOS 7D will run $1,699.00 for the body only, or $1,899 with an EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM zoom lens.
