Product Details

Maingear's Axess HD models are its media center PCs; they're designed to be hooked up to your television for streaming internet video, watching DVDs, and so on. The Axess HD Gamer is the beefiest of the Axess HD systems, with killer hardware specs aimed at hardcore gamers who want to play PC games in their home theaters.

The system is customizable, with the entry-level model ($1,800) packing a 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 3 GB of RAM, dual NVIDIA 9800 GT graphics cards in SLI with 1 GB of video memory each, a DVD drive, and a 500 GB hard drive.

Bump all of that to the max (3.33 GHz Core i7 Extreme, 12 GB of RAM, a Blu-ray drive, and dual solid-state drives, among other things) and you're looking at over $4,500.

If you've got the cash, you can buy this thing at Maingear's website right now.
