Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 is an All-In-One PC with a 21.5-inch display running at a 1920 x 1080 resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The computer features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, with an optional ATI Radeon graphics card, up to 4 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of hard-drive space. The unit further offers Dolby Home Theatre audio certification along with a built-in subwoofer, an optional Blu-ray drive, and Media Center-compatible digital cable tuner.

The A600's innovation is its motion-sensing 4-in-1 optional remote control, which operates as a VoIP handset, media center/TV remote, "air mouse", and 'motion drive' game controller, though no current video game offers motion drive support. The A600 also offers VeriFace facial recognition technology to log-in with the user's face as the password using the built-in 2-megapixel webcam. Finally, the unit features Wi-Fi, a 6-in-1 media card reader, six USB and one FireWire port. The Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 currently has no release date.
