The HP EX470 Mediasmart is a desktop released by HP in August 2007, featuring a 64-bit, 1.8 GHz AMD Sempron processor and home server capabilities with remote access to files, backup functions for all connected PCs, a photo-sharing website for flexible viewing of media, and the Microsoft Windows Home Server operating system. Users can connect multiple computers and store information on the EX470's 500 GB hard drive (7200 RPM) or expand into four more hard drive bays for extensive data collection, while maintaing up to 10 different user accounts.
