The Compaq Presario SR5550F is a desktop PC featuring 3 GB of RAM and running on a AMD Athlon X2 5400 Dual Core Processor, with a 1MB L2 Cache and a speed of 2.8GHz. While comparable to the less expensive Presario SR5610f, the SR5550F has a faster processor and more storage space with the 500 GB hard drive. The SR5550F comes with 3072 MB of memory with room for expansion, and is equipped with six USB ports for multiple device attachments. Users can also create DVDs or CDs with the included SuperMulti DVD burner, connect up to eight speakers with the compatible sound card, and connect to the Internet with either DSL or Cable connections (10/100 Mbps network interface). Prices for the SR5550F start at $633.
