The Phobos Advanced is a mid-range gaming computer system released by BFG and featuring a built-in 8-inch LCD touchscreen on the tower, from which users can monitor computer performance and storage or access various multimedia functions. The standard version of the Phobos Advanced runs on a 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7-940 processor and comes with two BFG GeForce GTX 285 graphic cards with 1 GB dedicated memory. The system also has 6 GB of memory and is equipped with two VelociRaptor 300 GB hard drives. Users can choose from several Vista operating systems, but the Advanced model comes standard with 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium software. The model also comes with a Blu-ray drive and built-in TV tuner with DVR capabilities. Prices for the standard model start at $5000, while the Elite version of the Phobos begins at $8000 with a faster processor and more hard drives.
