Asus Eee PC lineup compared
After publishing our recent netbooks comparator we got a lot of requests for more information on the lineup from the originators of the netbook form factor themselves, Taiwanese consumer electronics manufacturer Asus. Having grown their extremely popular Eee PC lineup from a lone member to a dizzying array of flavors and versions, Asus started the trend and aims to cater to a breadth of demand for these small form factor machines. We chose an assortment of 10 from the Eee PC lineup for this comparator, including members from the original 7-inch series lineup as well as newer members from the 9- and 10-inch screen size classes.
As always, if there's an item or specific comparator you'd like to see on Obsessable, let us know in the comments. Be sure to check out our other netbook features here:

BlackBerry hat trick compared: Bold, Storm, Curve
It's a good time to be a BlackBerry fan. With the Bold 9000 in circulation, the Storm recently launched, and the Curve 8900 out seemingly everywhere but the US (aren't we always the last to the party?), fans of RIM's signature business and media-centric devices have some shiny new choices to pick from when shopping for a new smartphone. Even though the Curve probably won't hit US shores until February — sources name February 18 as the release date on T-Mobile — it's still a good time to take stock of the trio of hot offerings on the plate. Be sure to let us know in the comments: if you're thinking of picking up a new BlackBerry in the near future, what's your poison going to be?

Head to head: BlackBerry Storm vs. Apple iPhone 3G
BlackBerry afficionados will get their first touchscreen fix in the Storm, about to be released in the US on Verizon this Friday, November 21. How does the device stack up against Apple's top-selling touchscreen smartphone? Both devices include GPS, robust web browsing and extensive media playback capabilities. Notable features the Storm wields over the iPhone include the removable battery, stereo Bluetooth support for listening to tunes wirelessly, a spring-loaded touchscreen that actually provides tactile feedback on button presses, a higher-resolution 3.2-megapixel camera with built-in flash, digital zoom, and video recording capability, and cut and paste functionality. The Storm lacks WiFi support and, although it can take advantage of a number of third-party applications, misses out on the refined user experience of browsing and installing apps iPhone users enjoy via the App Store — at least until March 2009 when RIM is slated to launch its own BlackBerry Application Center.
