im interested in the 3GS says but http://www.puremobile.com/apple-iphone-3gs-unlocked says it......

Works With:Cingular, T-Mobile, Fido, Rogers and other GSM Carriers in United States and Canada

1) will it work with my service provider "AT&T"
2) will it get locked if i try to update the version?
