Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Sony Ericsson's C903 Cybershot, one of the mobile phones released for MWC 2009, is a phone intended to help you snap quick and easy pictures with dedicated camera keys and a 5-megapixel sensor with 16x digital zoom. Face detection and smile-activated shutter technology help the camera to focus on people and their expressions, and a BestPic function captures nine burst-shot images and lets you choose the best from them. You can use the FM tuner to listen the radio, the A-GPS receiver to access Google map functions and geo-tag photos, and the YouTube and video streaming abilities to upload photos or video as soon as you take them. The phone has 105 MB of internal memory and supports Memory Stick Micro cards. You get two choices with the C903: a model with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE network compatibility and UMTS/HSPA 900/2100 support, or a model that adds 850/1900/2100 UMTS/HSPA support as well. There is no word yet on prices, but you may also be interested in Sony's more music-oriented W395 Walkman.
