The iPad has landed.

Samsung's S9110 is both the thinnest touchscreen phone on the market (11.88 millimeters) and the first mass-market watch phone, coming in just before LG's CES-smash hit GD910 model.

The S9110 looks classy, but it's relatively light on the features otherwise, as you'd expect. Still, it can play MP3s, sync e-mails with Outlook, and communicate via Bluetooth 2.1. It even does speakerphone. Mostly, though, we're sure you'll pick this phone up because of its 1.76-inch scratch-resistant touch screen and watch form factor.

It'll be available in France by summer's end for €450, or about $640.
