The Samsung Lucido, also known as the S7220, is a candybar phone equipped with several media and navigation features, including a 5-megapixel camera with smile shot and autofocus functions and an FM radio. The phone, which has a 2.2-inch QVGA display, works on quad-band GSM, UMTA, and HSDPA networks and is compatible with Bluetooth 2.1 EDR devices for hands-free devices. You can use the included accelerometer to perform certain functions, find your way with the A-GPS navigation feature and Google Maps, and save pictures to compatible microSD memory cards. The phone will be released in April 2009 in the UK, with no word yet on a price or American release.
