Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The Samsung Instinct smartphone features the ability to watch live television via Sprint's Power Vision Services. Weighing in at 4.4 oz. and measuring 4.57 x 2.17 x 0.49 in., the device sports haptic tactile feedback, which makes the phone vibrate when users are choosing an option from one of the four menus (Favs, Main, Fun, and Web). Other features include Bluetooth wireless connectivity and GPS navigation and search, but no WiFi capability. The phone comes with standard text messaging, e-mail, a full HTML Web browser, and a microSD card slot. The Instinct is priced at $129 from Sprint with a mail-in rebate and a two-year "Simply Everything" plan, which begins at $70 per month.
