Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The BlackBerry Curve 8530, a.k.a. Aries, is virtually identical to the already-announced Blackberry 8520, a.k.a. Gemini, but with support for CDMA networks, meaning it will operate on Sprint, Verizon, and other carriers that use that technology.

Like the 8520, the 8530 has a display resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, a QWERTY keyboard, and a 2-megapixel camera. It also connects to Wi-Fi networks and features a slot for expanding your storage with MicroSD cards.

Expect all the usual BlackBerry smartphone features: web browsing, e-mail, music playback, and of course, phone functionality and text messaging. We're not sure when you should expect these things though, as mum is still the world on pricing and availability.
