Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

On June 15th, 2009, Nokia unveiled the Nokia E72 smartphone at the Nokia Connection event in Singapore.

The Nokia E72 features a full QWERTY keyboard, an optical navigation key for navigation, a 5-megapixel camera, a 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, a compass, integrated maps, active noise cancellation, a flashlight activated by hitting the spacebar, and instant messaging via Nokia Messaging using IM accounts from Yahoo! messenger, Google Talk, Ovi, and others. The Nokia E72 also comes with a new version of Quickoffice, providing Microsoft Office 2007 compatibility on the device.

The E72 began shipping on November 16th, 2009 at a price of €350 ($525) as expected.
