The LG Banter is a messaging phone released on the Alltel network, featuring a slide-out landscape QWERTY keypad for easier texting (similar to LG's Rumor) and support for both Bluetooth accessories and A-GPS location capabilities. The Banter also lets you snap photos and video with the 1.3-megapixel camera, listen to music with the MP3 player, and saving images to optional microSD memory cards. You can even choose between blue and silver face plates. The phone costs $20, but that is after the service agreement and a mail-in rebate.
