Part of the NTT Docomo Prime series of mobile phones, Fujitsu's F-01A handset is being marketed as an "all-inclusive" device that features waterproof functionality that is compliant with IPX5/IPX7 standards. The 3.5-inch TFT screen sports an 854 x 480 resolution and is mounted on a pair of hinges that allows it to be spun around to face outwards for media viewing. The F-01A comes with a 5.2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth wireless functionality, GPS capability, and a fingerprint scanner. According to the manufacturer, the phone is waterproof in roughly three feet of water for approximately 30 minutes. The F-01A is currently available in Japan but no plans have been revealed as to whether it will be available in other markets.
