Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

An upgrade to the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220, the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 adds CDMA network support, making it available from more cell phone providers, including Verizon and Telus.

The phone is classy for its type, standing out among flips and clamshells, but it's simple compared to the full-featured smartphones most people associate with the BlackBerry name. You'll get Wi-Fi  and Bluetooth connectivity and a 2-megapixel camera, plus a few BlackBerry standards like mapping software and push e-mail.

Presently it's not available in the United States, although a Verizon launch is planned at some point in the near future, but you can pick it up via Bell Canada or Telus for 30 dollars Canadian ($50 U.S.) with a 3-year contract.
