Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

With the introduction of the slimmer, sleeker BlackBerry Pearl, Research in Motion changed their design language from "business only" to "style included." Among the major design changes from its predecessor, the 7100, RIM slimmed down the device and added some extra gloss to the chasse. The main difference from others in the BlackBerry line is the Pearl's SureType keyboard, which assigns two letters to the majority of keys, allowing the device to look less like a mini-computer and more like a traditional phone. The trademark "pearl" trackball illuminates in different colors, and gives RIM's first style-concious BlackBerry a unique look.
