Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

The VPC-HD2 is Sanyo's latest in the Xacti series of palm-sized camcorders. Successor to the VPC-HD1, the new model keeps up the tradition of HD, shooting video 30 fps video at a high resolution, 720p with AVCHD format, to an SD card. The ability to record video in this format on memory cards is not yet widespread in the camcorder market, so the VPC-HD2 has relatively little company in that regard. The camcorder features the ability to take pictures while shooting video, up to an upgraded seven megapixels in resolution. The VPC-HD2 also continues it's predecessor footsteps, with 10x optical zoom and an image stabilization system to reduce visible camera shake, however the 2.2-inch screen gets downgraded to LCD technology instead of its predecessor's OLED screen.
