The HDC-TM20 is one of the latest high definition camcorders from Panasonic. Announced at CES 2009, the TM20 features touch-screen controls. The interface allows the user to operate the camcorder by tapping through icon based menus. Offering simple controls along with high definition video, the HDC-TM20 (twin memory) is capable of recording 1920 x 1080 HD video to either the internal 16GB hard disk drive or to an SDHC/SD Memory Card. The LCD screen automatically adjusts its brightness according to the light present while shooting (brighter than normal in high-light conditions and dimmer in dark places). Available in black, silver, and red, The TM20 features a 1.9 seconds power up, 5-microphone system for recording sound to be faithfully reproduced by a 5.1-channel surround sound system, 16x optical zoom, and auto focus tracking.
